For Lovely Soft Feet

For lovely soft feet add 1 drop of Peppermint Essential Oil, 1 drop of Lavender Essential Oil and 1 cup of epsom salt to a basin of warm water. Place the basin in front of your favorite chair, place your feet in the wonderfully scented water and relax for 10 to 15 minutes. A good thing to do during those minutes is to tilt your head back, close your eyes and think of the most wonderful day in your life. Take deep breaths-inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Just quietly relax and remember. OH my! Time is up already.

Rinse and dry your feet. Massage your feet with our Feet Treat. Be sure to follow the directions. The very best time to do this, although anytime will do, is just before you go to bed.
